Is a verifiable electronic signature necessary to use the S24 system ?

For the company you register, you may of course receive from us the address of our virtual office.
It will be your company's registered office. We can also collect your mail, open your company's mail,
scan your mail to PDF and send all PDFs to your email.

The answer for the question 'Is a verifiable electronic signature necessary to use the S24 system ?' is 'No'.
Based on the new regulations, shareholders do not need to use a safe electronic signature
(including a safe electronic signature verifiable with the use of a valid eligible certificate
referred to in the electronic signature act of 18 September 2001).

Art. 157(1) § 2 of the Code of Commercial Companies refers to any type of an "electronic signature"
that meets the requirements of Art. 3.1 of the electronic signature act.
In addition, pursuant to Art. 694(3) § 3(1) of the Civil Procedure Code, any online application
for registration of a limited liability company whose articles of association are prepared in the defined form with the National Court Register (KRS) may bear another electronic signature that meets requirements
for an electronic signature of signatories of such a company’s articles of association.

The virtual office advices that in accordance with Art. 19.2b of the National Court Register act, an online application for the registration of a company incorporated on the basis of the defined form of the articles
of association may bear another electronic signature that meets requirements for the electronic signature of signatories of such a company’s articles of association (electronic data which, together with other data they attached to or logically connected with, are used to identify a person that affixed an electronic signature).

Please remember that if you want to use our virtual office's services, in the articles of association form you must enter Warsaw as your company's registered office.
