For the company you register, you may of course receive from us the address of our virtual office.
It will be your company's registered office. We can also collect your mail, open your company's mail,
scan your mail to PDF and send all PDFs to your email.
To date, establishing a limited liability company has been associated with formalities, long waiting time,
a visit to a notary public and high costs, as well as a debateable status of a company under organisation.
Since 1 January 2012, a very important simplification for market players has been in force.
The amendment to the commercial law enables to register a limited liability company via the Internet through the S24 system, which is accessible via the website of the Ministry of Justice:
http://ems.ms.gov.pl/konto/rejestracjadaneosobowe
The virtual office warns: Advantages of the S24 system do not correspond to those promoted in most,
mainly government, publications. The system does not operate correctly and the time of waiting
for company registration is not that short as the system name would suggest.
Additionally, as you may guess,
nothing is free of charge and in return for the easy and fast establishment of an, after all, legally complicated
limited liability company, there are significant limitations in the content
of the company's articles of
association and it is not possible to make in-kind contributions
the moment the company is established.
Nevertheless, in spite of certain inconvenience, it seems that the electronic company registration
is a solution that will make entrepreneur life easier and we encourage you to use the S24 system.
